This was the first of three urgent care facilities that Ward Scott Architecture designed for this physician group in the west Alabama area. The owners wanted the facility to present a “cutting edge” image that would reflect the state of the art patient care that they provide. The building was designed to enhance the patient’s wellbeing through its strong connection to the outdoors with ample use of natural light and dramatic two-story entry and children’s waiting room.
