The facility houses the administrative offices, water testing laboratory and purification systems for the City of Tuscaloosa. Ward Scott Architecture worked as part of the design team along with CH2MHILL. The Jerry Plott Water Treatment plant is a state of the art facility and the only one of its kind in the state of Alabama.
