Bryant Bank searched for a downtown location for nearly a decade. The site allowed for development of a three story facility containing a branch bank on the first floor, community room on the second floor with a porch facing University Boulevard, and addition shell space for future lease office or bank expansion on the remainder of the second floor and entire third floor.
